He joined Cable & Wireless plc (currently Softbank Corp.) in 1994, where he was in charge of overseas business. He has worked as Senior Manager of Strategy and Process Transformation Team at PwC Consulting since 2006, Director of Finance Transformation Team at EY Advisory since 2012, Director of Digital Transformation Team at KPMG Consulting since 2014, and Global Vice President as a head of consulting division in Japan at Genpact since 2019. He was appointed as Managing Director of Frontier Management in 2021.

At PwC Consulting, he provided strategy and BPR support such as new business strategy planning for a major manufacturing company, business improvement for a key TV station, and new mobile apps service launch for Japanese mobile carrier.

At EY Advisory, he provided financial BPR support such as financial process improvement the ASEAN region for a major food company, financial department PMI for a major pharmaceutical company, and performance management improvement for a major advertising agency.

At KPMG Consulting, he provided digital transformation support for such as major department store, automobile, famous private university, local government, international airport, and major content production company.

At Genpact, as head of the consulting division, he led the launch and expansion of the digital transformation consulting business. In terms of projects, he has led many digital transformation projects in various industry majors such as major retailers' all-store marketing DX, major convenience stores, major automobiles, and major beverage manufacturers.
