Hidekazu Okamura joined KPMG AZSA LLC in 2010, belong to Financial Services Department. In 2016, he joined Frontier Management Inc.

At KPMG AZSA LLC, he was engaged in auditing services for Japanese subsidiaries of European and US banks, securities firms, and non-banks, verification of credit management process including self-assessment as part of auditing services for domestic banks, and advisory services such as support for upgrading business management for domestic financial groups.

At Frontier Management Inc., he has engaged in planning mid-term management plans, implementation support, and business due diligence, utilizing his knowledge of finance and accounting. In addition, he is involved in supporting the introduction of ROIC management, PMI support for acquired companies, development and implementation of monitoring systems for invested companies, and strategic planning and implementation support for M&A and alliances. He has experience across industries, including experience in the service industry as well as the manufacturing industry, including mainly electronics and automotive parts.
