Ayano Nagata was registered as an attorney at Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association in 2000 and joined Ito Law Office.
In 2002, she joined Mitsubishi Corporation (Legal Department). In April 2015, she was seconded to Metal One Corporation as the first team leader of the Legal Department. In April 2019, she was seconded to Mitsubishi Corporation RtM Japan Ltd. as the General Manager of Legal and Compliance Department.
She joined Frontier Management Inc. in April 2022.
