Hiroshi Nagamori

Hiroshi Nagamori was appointed Director in 2000 by a venture corporation that develops content for mobile phones. He provided Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC with audit engagement services in 2003. He joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2007, then was subsequently sent to Frontier Management (Shanghai) Inc. (a 100 percent subsidiary of Frontier Management Inc.) from 2012 to 2013.

At Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, he provided business corporations, such as manufacturers and trading companies, as well as financial institutions with audit engagement services.

At Frontier Management Inc., he carried out numerous financial advisory services, including the third-party share issuance of The Gifu Bank, Ltd. for The Juroku Bank, Ltd., the voluntary liquidation of Alpico Group in Nagano Prefecture (Matsumoto Electric Railway Co., Ltd. and 26 other companies), the management buyout of a domestic machine manufacturer, the management buyout of a domestic architectural design office, the lease business carve-out from Sony Finance International, Inc. to Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Co., Ltd, the corporate separation of Asahi Tec Corporation power apparatus business to the fund managed by Mizuho Capital Partners Co., Ltd., the transfer of Hitachi Metals, Ltd.-owned Shanghai Rili Electric Wire Limited Company coil business to Futong Group Company Ltd., the carve-out of Sony Corporation logistics businesses in Japan, Thailand and Malaysia to Mitsui-Soko Holdings Co., Ltd., the sales of Hitachi, Ltd.-held Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. stocks through a business tie-up between Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. and Sagawa Express Co., Ltd., the sales of Sazae Shokuhin Co., Ltd. to Ishiya Co., Ltd., and the sales of Kenwood Geobit Corporation (a subsidiary of JVCKENWOOD Corporation) stocks (100 percent) to Nojima Corporation. He was also involved in the stock value calculation for a security lawsuit case and was part of a major airline's restructuring project team.

At Frontier Management (Shanghai) Inc. (a 100 percent subsidiary of Frontier Management Inc.), he provided a state-owned enterprise with advice concerning the purchase of a Japanese restaurant company, and how to establish a venture corporation under joint Sino-Japanese management.
