Daisuke Kotegawa

In 1975, he joined the Ministry of Finance (currently the Ministry of Finance), and in 2005 was assigned to the Director-General of the Kanto Finance Bureau. In 1997, he was in charge of the reorganization of Sanyo Securities and Yamaichi Securities at the Securities Bureau, and in 1998, he was in charge of public management of the Long-Term Credit Bank and the Nippon Credit Bank at the Financial Supervisory Agency. It established the Development Bank of Japan's revitalization fund in 2001 and the IRCJ in 2003. Representative Director of IMF Japan from July 2,007 to August 2010. In addition, he was responsible for numerous international negotiations, including the Japan-U.S. Comprehensive Consultation (1993-2094) and the establishment of OECD Transfer Pricing Taxation Guidelines (1995). He has also held key positions in the Minister's Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance (currently the Ministry of Finance), the Accounting Bureau (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Economic Cooperation), the Tax Bureau, the Financial Bureau, and the International Bureau. Appointed Frontier Management Advisor in August 2012.
