Hiroshi Kitamura joined The Sumitomo Bank, Limited (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in 1991, and was assigned to in the non-performing loan disposal and turnaround selection. He was involved in Credit Department since 2014 and became General Manager of Credit Department. He joined Frontier Management Inc. as Principal Advisor In 2022.

At Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation he was engaged mainly in large-scale turnaround project. He was committed to disposal of non-performing loans that occurred when a mid-sized trading company went bankrupt and supporting the revitalization of general contractors. He is also engaged in many business revitalization using private arrangements, debt adjustment, etc.

At Frontier Management Inc. he plays a role in providing various solutions to financial institutions such as megabanks or their customers and handles business plan formulation , execution support and business revitalization support including debt adjustment.
