Yasunori Kinoshita joined Frontier Management Inc.in 2023.He has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience at Morgan Stanley in Japan (Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd.), advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts and public tender offers, across a variety of industries.In 1996, he started his career as a government officer at Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and was engaged in a number of economic and industrial policy-makings and international trade negotiations.
