Eiji Adolfo Hirota joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 2000 and was assigned to the Infrastructure Business Division, where was involved in domestic and international infrastructure project formation, new business development, business investment, and M&A.　In 2018, joined Fujita Corporation, Daiwa House Group, where was involved in overseas strategic advisory work, and then joined the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee at Games Management Bureau and joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2022.

At Mitsubishi Corporation, I planned and executed domestic and international infrastructure projects (airports, ports, plants, resource development, automobile plant production, etc.). I was in charge of new business creation (environmental business, energy management, DX), business investment, and M&A. Also involved in value-added business, financing, market development, and the execution of investment projects (tri-nation transactions with Europe, the U.S., Africa, the Middle East, and China, etc.).

At Fujita Corporation, as a strategic advisor to the International Division, I was involved in creating new businesses, formulating overseas plans, and consulting for overseas projects under implementation. As a cross-functional member, involved in the planning of strategies for entering new countries (Africa, Middle East, etc.) and new business models for development projects (DX, airports, smart cities, logistics, etc.).

In the Accreditation Department of the Tokyo2020, I contributed to the execution of the Games by managing risks for unprecedented Games operations, introducing new operational models, and acting as a coordinator and negotiator with the IOC/IPC and relevant authorities.

At Frontier Management Inc., I am in charge of cross-border business, B-to-B and B-to-C in the Corporate Strategy Department.
