Kiei Yamamoto started his career at Itochu corporation where he supervised importation and OEM for brand licensed apparel products. After Itochu, he joined Nippon Herald Films to help his father’s business. Where he experienced to start Cinema complex business, IPO and merge with Kadokawa Pictures. With these experience, He Joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 2005. and led wide variety of business revitalization projects. From 2013, he served as a partner for Brain and Capital Holdings (Buyout funds specialized for Business Revitalization), where he seconded to it’s target companies as a Chief turn-around officer and successfully revitalize these businesses. He joined Frontier Management Inc in 2022.

At Booz Allen Hamilton, Led several business-revitalization projects for Japanese leading companies as a project leader and efficaciously formulate turn-around strategies

At Brain and Capital, closed a deal for investments against 4 retail companies with JPY 10B+ revenue. Seconded as a Chief revitalization officer and effectively improved these profitability with extensive management support
