Proudfoot Japan Co., Ltd., he provided services across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, commerce, services, construction, and transportation. He assisted in identifying issues from initial corporate diagnostics, building strategies, implementing BPR, and reforming corporate functions (product planning, sales, design, development, manufacturing, and quality). He was invited to DIVA CORPORATION to serve as a COO, overseeing IPO support, business strategy, organizational design, budget management, new solution development, BPR, HR system design, and all aspects of information systems development, while also managing the services division. At SIGMAXYZ Inc., he had overall responsibility for the manufacturing industry, primarily automotive OEM. He supported the reform of automobile dealers, SCM model reform, the formulation of connected car strategies, quality reform, formulation of after-sales strategies, reorganization of subsidiaries, M&A strategy, PMI, revitalization of overseas factories, and the development of new business strategies. He also supported major distribution companies in formulating e-commerce, marketing, and other strategies, as well as implementing the development of services to enhance strategic execution capabilities.
