Background of Our Professionals

Frontier Management Inc. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter “the Group”) assemble professionals specializing in providing a wide range of management support services to our client companies. These professionals include qualified specialists such as lawyers, accountants, and tax accountants, as well as management consultants, industrial analysts, and personnel with experience working at investment banks, business companies, and other organizations. Ever since the time of our founding, we have consciously recruited a good balance of specialists with diverse backgrounds. Building our human resources portfolio in this way has enabled us to achieve the diverse range of solutions described below.

A Nationwide Network of Financial Institutions

The Group maintains a dedicated structure responsible for building and strengthening relationships with financial institutions, including megabanks and regional banks. Through many years of continuous engagement, we have cultivated and further developed these relationships, resulting in a robust nationwide network of financial institution partners across Japan.
Through this network, we are able to access not only financial institutions nationwide, but also a broad range of operating companies that maintain business relationships with those institutions.
Furthermore, by leveraging the industry expertise of our analysts—who have over 20 years of experience in specific industries—together with our proprietary network, we are able to take a direct and strategic approach to operating companies nationwide.

Consultants and M&A Bankers with Dependable Knowledge and Capabilities

Our veteran specialists, keen observers of their respective sectors for 10–20 years, provide corporate clients with advice they can use and profit from. Each project is assigned an analyst with extensive consulting or work experience in a variety of industries, to provide optimum planning for the clientʼs needs.
