We supported the client in ascertaining the causes, formulating remedial measures, and implementing them. We supported the transformation of the entire company, making numerical values easier to understand, strengthening governance, implementing operational improvements in CSM, MD and store management, and updating brand strategies.

We provided a third-party evaluation of ideas for new businesses solicited from our client’s employees. We also helped to increase the feasibility of new businesses, including supporting the employees who submitted proposals to formulate business plans.
