Joined Ernst & Young ShinNihon Audit Corporation (currently Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC ) in 2005, where he was engaged in financial due diligence, the introduction of international accounting standards, and support for the establishment of internal controls. He joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2012.

Achievements

At Ernst & Young ShinNihon Audit Corporation, he engaged in statutory audits and English financial statement audits mainly for consumer product manufacturing companies, including a cosmetics manufacturer listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, as well as financial due diligence in M&A transactions, IFRS adoption support, and internal controls development support.

At Frontier Management Inc., he provided support for business revitalization across a wide range of industries such as entertainment, cosmetics retail, local supermarkets, plastic molding manufacturing, automotive parts manufacturing, construction, and industrial equipment manufacturing. He also provided support for the formulation of medium-term management plans for a manufacturer of fittings for condominiums, a manufacturer of construction machinery parts, and a leisure facility operating company, while also being involved in action plan creation, execution support, and monitoring services for numerous clients. In addition, he was engaged in acquisition and minority investment projects for a wide range of industries including the service industry, automobile parts manufacturing, and industrial equipment manufacturing, as well as financial due diligence services relating to the reorganization and merger of regional banks.

For business revitalization support services, he led the coordination with financial institutions for numerous cases involving simple voluntary liquidation and the Small and Medium Enterprise Vitalization Support Center .
