Career Summary

After working as a policy secretary for a member of the National Diet, drafting parliamentary questions and conducting research on regulations, he joined a global consulting firm in 2007. He engaged in building global governance systems for multinational corporations, establishing risk management systems, identifying and assessing strategic and country risks, and developing responses to crises such as natural disasters, international conflicts, and cyber attacks. After six years as a partner at the global consulting firm, he joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2025.

Achievements

At the global consulting firm, he provided support for projects such as the construction of a strategic risk management system spanning dozens of global locations, the establishment of a risk management PDCA cycle, the construction of a framework for monitoring macroeconomic environments and trends such as political, economic, and regulatory changes in Europe and elsewhere that would impact a large investment project by a Japanese company, and the development of acquisition target governance models for buy-side companies in the M&A phase.

He formulated business continuity plans (BCP) for crisis response based on natural disasters, international conflicts, cyber attacks, and other risks, conducted business continuity training, and helped companies that have experienced quality fraud build systems to prevent recurrence.
