Career Summary
At the Bank of Japan , she engaged in domestic and international macroeconomic analysis, as well as industry and corporate research and international conferences relating to the G20 and IMF. She subsequently joined McKinsey & Company , providing support in areas such as CRM, sales organization reform, human resources and organizational strategy creation, cost reduction, and PMI for clients in industries such as retail, consumer goods, materials, medical devices, and finance. She went on to co-found and manage a new delicatessen brand before joining Frontier Management Inc. She was appointed an Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member of URBANET CORPORATION Co., LTD . in September 2022.
At Frontier Management Inc., she provides client companies with a range of support regarding the promotion of sustainability and human capital management, as well as adding value during the PMI phase.
Achievements
At the Bank of Japan, she was primarily engaged in economic and corporate research. For domestic economics, she was responsible for analyzing price trends and the steel and chemical industries, while for overseas economics, she was responsible for analysis of the Chinese economy. She was also engaged in international conferences relating to the G20 and IMF.
As a consultant at McKinsey & Company, she provided support in areas such as CRM, sales organization reform, human resources and organizational strategy creation, cost reduction, and PMI for a wide range of client companies in industries such as retail, consumer goods, materials, medical devices, and finance.
In the management of the delicatessen she co-founded, she led the monetization of the business through store expansion, improvements in store and factory productivity, the launch of new products and services, and cost reduction.
At Frontier Management Inc., she has a track record of providing support for business strategy formulation and promotion, new business development, ESG strategy formulation, and human capital management promotion for client companies in sectors such as steel and non-ferrous metals, transportation, electronic components, consumer goods, food and beverage services, staffing, and energy (including serving as a director of some of the companies she supports).
In recent years, she has also focused on developing management talent by serving as a lecturer at Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University .
