As part of this work, he served as CFO of a non-listed foreign-owned restaurant company with a nationwide presence, focusing on hands-on management execution. He was involved in enhancing corporate value through finance, including the procurement of funds.
At Sweet Garden Co., Ltd. , a PE fund investee, he implemented management reforms centered on financial restructuring, including BPO, and achieved the refinancing of LBO loans. He was subsequently involved in management execution during the company’s growth stage and contributed to completing its rehabilitation through the transfer of all shares to a domestic operating company.
He has worked at Frontier Management Inc. since 2008. He was involved in the voluntary liquidation of the ALPICO Group (MATSUMOTO ELECTRIC RAILWAY GROUP), a conglomerate centered on transportation, retail, and tourism businesses, and later participated in management as Managing Director, focusing on structural reforms. From 2011 to 2014, he served as Director of the same group. He became Director of Shoei Co., Ltd. (currently Hulic Co., Ltd.) in 2012 and held that position until the merger in 2012.
