Achievements

At Yamada Business Consulting Co., Ltd. (currently Yamada Consulting Group Co., Ltd.), Mr. Murakami was involved in business financial due diligence, the formulation of revitalization plans, and the monitoring of plan implementation for the printing, construction, ship leasing , and retail (regional supermarket) industries. He was involved in many voluntary liquidation support operations through ADR and other means. He was in charge of negotiating with financial creditors.

While at an independent consulting firm in Japan, he was assigned to the management planning department of a travel agency, where he provided management support by formulating business plans and monitoring their implementation, as well as supporting the formulation of M&A strategies for the printing sector.

At Frontier Management Inc., he has been active in the areas of emergency response in business revitalization, financial/business due diligence, formulating revitalization plans, creditor negotiations, and supporting the implementation of plans. He has supported business revitalization in a variety of industries, including major real estate companies, medium-sized retailers, and transportation conglomerates that are regional core companies, as well as automobile parts manufacturers, press processing companies, solar power system package manufacturers, automobile dealers, apparel companies, food service companies, and lodging companies. In addition, he has also been involved in business due diligence and strategy formulation for educational corporations.
