At SIGMAXYZ Inc., he had overall responsibility for the manufacturing industry, primarily automotive OEM. He supported the reform of automobile dealers, SCM model reform, the formulation of connected car strategies, quality reform, formulation of after-sales strategies, reorganization of subsidiaries, M&A strategy, PMI, revitalization of overseas factories, and the development of new business strategies. He also supported major distribution companies in formulating e-commerce, marketing, and other strategies, as well as implementing the development of services to enhance strategic execution capabilities.
