Career Summary
Engaged in strategy consulting at Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. since 2001, mainly for the information & telecommunications and manufacturing industries. Joined Goldman Sachs Securities Co., Ltd. in 2006, where he was engaged in M&A advisory in the Investment Banking Department. Subsequently undertook business succession and revitalization projects for medium-sized companies at a domestic PE fund. Engaged in regional revitalization projects as Representative Director of Tokai Bridge Capital (BACI Tokai K.K.) since 2022. Joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2023.
Achievements
At the domestic PE fund, he was responsible for operations from investment to value enhancement in a business succession project for a medium-sized food manufacturer and revitalization projects for a component manufacturer and apparel manufacturer as a fund representative and also as an outside director of the investees.
At Frontier Management Inc., he manages the Investment Business Promotion Office . He provided end-to-end support for PE fund investees, from DD to PMI. In addition to providing advice as a consultant, he was involved in the management of investee companies as an outside director, contributing to their transformation.
