Career Summary

After working at HSBC, RHB, and the Bank of China International, he has been engaged in the investment banking business in the global financial centers of London, Hong Kong, and Singapore for over 17 years. He has extensive advisory experience concerning cross-border M&A, corporate finance, financing from capital markets, leveraged finance, and acquisition finance for listed and unlisted companies, private equity funds, and various institutional investors. He joined Frontier Management Inc. in July 2023, and was appointed the Manager of the Singapore Branch.

He has experience across a wide range of Southeast Asia’s key sectors such as telecommunications, technology, real estate, transport and logistics, consumer goods, engineering, and healthcare.

He has global experience gained at major global financial institutions, local banks, and other companies in the global financial centers of London, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

His foremost achievements include priority solicitation for ESR-REIT and its merger with Viva Industrial Trust, the leveraged buyout of The Learning Lab by Advent International, the acquisition of UE E&C by Southern Capital, the acquisition of CWT by HNA, the capital increase of Silverlake Axis by share allotment, the reverse acquisition and capital increase of Golden Energy and Resources by share allotment, and the acquisition of Singamas Container assets by COSCO. His achievements also include the sale of Lafarge Korea by Lafarge, the acquisition of Dalmia Cement by KKR, the sale to Barrat Developments by Wilson Bowden, the leveraged buyout of CPA Global by Intermediate Capital Group, the SGX IPOs of GHY Culture & Media, APAC Realty, Dasin Retail Trust, OUE Commercial REIT, and TEE Land, and the rights issue by United Engineers.
