Achievements

At KPMG AZSA LLC, he was engaged in audit and assurance services for the Japanese subsidiaries of European and US banks, security companies, and non-bank organizations, as well as credit control-related verification, including self-assessment, as part of auditing services for domestic banks. He was also engaged in advisory services to support more advanced business management, including the construction of KGI/KPI systems and management systems.

At Frontier Management Inc., he is engaged in formulation and execution support for medium-term management plans and turn-around plans, utilizing his insight relating to finance and figures. In the M&A domain, he provides services across all phases relating to the M&A/alliance process, from consideration to evaluation and execution to post-investment services. These include business due diligence, PMI support for acquisition target companies, support for the establishment and execution of investee company monitoring systems, and the consideration of strategies and the screening of potential targets for M&A deals and alliances. He also provides support in areas such as the introduction of ROIC-focused management and the consideration of capital policy.
He is engaged in projects across a range of industries, mainly manufacturing, including electric appliances, automotive parts, and electronic components, but he also has experience in the construction industry and B2B service industry.
