Joined Yamaichi Securities Co., Ltd. in 1989. Engaged in archaeological excavation surveys of buried cultural property for three years from 1996 as a public administrative officer. Joined Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co., Ltd. in 1999, where he was responsible for asset management services for the wealthy demographic. Joined RECOF Corporation in 2002, where as a director he was mainly responsible for M&A advisory services for medium-sized companies and SMEs. Joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2015.

In addition to undertaking M&A advisory services concerning business succession and business revitalization for many medium-sized companies and SMEs, he accumulated diverse experience in FA services focused on the distribution and retail industries. These included the capital and business alliance between Nishitetsu Store Inc. and MARUKYOU, Inc. , the capital increase by KINSHO STORES, INC. through third-party allotment to Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd., and the capital increase by MATSUYA CO., LTD. through third-party allotment to Apupiko Holdings Co., Ltd. and related TOB, among other projects.
