Achievements

At The Sanwa Bank, Ltd., he was mainly engaged in structured finance and sales to financial organizations. He was responsible for aircraft finance, trading non-performing trade receivables , setting up domestic syndicated loans, managing portfolios as equity countermeasures, and creating and selling synthetic CDOs and CLOs. He was also engaged in managing budgets for overseas locations and loans to SMEs, as well as being seconded to the Keidanren (Japan Business Federation) , where he was dispatched overseas on financial missions and prepared the Keidanren’s opinion statements.

At Morgan Stanley Japan Securities, he engaged in capital market services relating to mainly to securitized CMBSs, as well as RMBSs, ABSs, and CDOs, while at HSBC, he engaged in corporate sales to Japanese and foreign companies, as well as real estate, LBO, and aircraft finance services.

At the independent advisory firm, he undertook various advisory services (M&A, corporate revitalization, etc.) for general business companies, financial institutions, and regional local government bodies, as well as Class II Financial Instruments Business.

At Frontier Management Inc., he is engaged in marketing for consulting and M&A deals and client relations management as a member of the Business Development Division.
