Career Summary
Joined INCS Inc. (currently SOLIZE Corporation) in 2006. He completed an MBA at the Keio Business School, Keio University in 2012 and joined Frontier Management Inc. in the same year.
Achievements
At INCS Inc., he engaged in end-to-end process analysis from design to process design, CAM, processing, and finishing processes, mainly for automobile and automotive parts manufacturers. He was engaged in projects such as the creation of plans for optimal operation models and the definition of IT requirements, standardization, introduction and institutionalization to achieve these plans.
At Frontier Management Inc., he is engaged in a wide range of projects from corporate growth to exit and revitalization. These include medium- and long-term plan creation, PPM rebuilding, more sophisticated business management systems, hands-on (stationed or seconded) support for the planning and establishment of global sales management organizations, support for new business planning and execution, including alliances with other companies, business exit support and business revitalization support for consumer appliances.
