While at Accenture Japan Ltd, Mr. Motohashi worked as a consultant providing comprehensive support to the manufacturing and logistics industries, from the planning stage to the introduction and establishment of business processes and IT. Among other things, he was involved in collaborative projects with the Shanghai office. He has experience in company-wide budget management, merchandising reforms, improving management efficiency, business restructuring, company-wide IT management, supply chain management, and other areas.

At Frontier Management Inc., Mr. Motohashi has been responsible for promoting the formulation and implementation of strategies such as long-term visions and new business searches, as well as the formulation of medium-term management plans, mainly in the field of manufacturing, including chemicals, materials, electronic components, machinery, automobile OEMs and parts, and electronics. In addition, he has been engaged in supporting the formulation of strategies for various service industries, including education, entertainment, and finance, as well as projects commissioned by central government ministries and agencies.
As an M&A advisor, he has been involved in the formulation of M&A strategies and the execution of business due diligence for electronics manufacturers, housing developers, electronic component manufacturers, automotive parts companies, etc., and has been involved in the transfer of Hitachi Security Services shares to SOHGO SECURITY SERVICES CO., LTD. (ALSOK) by Hitachi, Ltd. and the acquisition of Suruga Bank shares by Nojima Corporation .

He is a leader in corporate value enhancement practices that support companies that are integrating ESG/SDGs into their strategic goals, restructuring their business portfolios and segments, and engaging in IR/SR, as well as a leader in research, knowledge accumulation and development of delivery methods in the field of advanced technologies such as AI and IoT.
