Career Summary
Mr. Harada started his career as a securities analyst when he joined The Nikko Securities Co., Ltd. (currently SMBC Nikko Securities Inc.) in 1987 and was assigned to the Nikko Research Center. He then worked as an analyst at Credit Suisse Trust Bank, Tokyo-Mitsubishi Securities Co., Ltd. (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities), and Deutsche Securities Co., Ltd. on his way to a 34-year career as a securities analyst up to 2021. Joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2021 and was appointed Senior Analyst. He has provided DE&I strategic advice and assistance to increase corporate value. He serves as an Outside Director to Onoken Co., Ltd. , as well as an adviser to MARUICHI STEEL TUBE LTD. , Chubu Steel Plate Co., Ltd. , TOKYO STEEL MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. and MIKUNI CORPORATION .

As a securities analyst, he has worked across a wide range of industries, including service and leisure, air transportation, food and restaurants, construction, housing and real estate, human resource services, sporting goods, food services, and automotive-related industries. For the 20 years from 1996 to 2016, in particular, he has been in charge of the steel, non-ferrous metal and wire industries and has strong relationships with the top management of companies in these sectors.
