Career Summary
Joined Andersen Consulting Japan Ltd (currently Accenture Japan Ltd ) in 1993. After serving as a senior manager of the finance division, he joined the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan in 2004. Appointed to the loans and investment screening and monitoring group and as a senior manager of the professional office. Participated in the establishment of Frontier Management Inc. in 2007 and was appointed Executive Officer. In 2022, appointed Director of Celebrain Corporation and (joint) Co-CIO and General Manager of Investment Business Division of Frontier Capital Inc. Appointed Representative Director of Sanritsu Civil Engineering Co., Ltd. and Sanritsu Roads Co., Ltd. in 2024.
Achievements
At Accenture Japan Ltd, he worked in the financial and management services divisions, engaging in consulting activities for financial institutions, primarily in the management domain (including areas such as risk management, management accounting, and performance evaluation system design).
At the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan, he was involved in corporate planning and management tasks in middle-office divisions, as well as working on the Kanebo and Daiei projects. He was stationed in management planning, sales, production, logistics, and other departments, providing support for the formulation and execution of action plans (such as strengthening management planning, sales, and product development capabilities).
At Frontier Management Inc., He has served as a project leader for various industries including manufacturing (food, beverage, machinery, etc.), retail and distribution, food and beverage services, transportation, tourism, and banking, focusing on business due diligence, support for medium-term business plan formulation, and execution support for companywide reforms and performance improvements. He continued to be involved as an advisor for many companies, even after project completion. For five years from 2016, he supported the enhancement of business value for regional core companies as the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s Global Network Council Japan (GNCJ), working with globally active human resources. In addition, as General Manager of Corporate Planning Department, he led the business capital partnership with Celebrain Corporation and the establishment of Frontier Capital Inc.
At Frontier Capital Inc., he manages all aspects of investment operations as Co-CIO and General Manager of the Investment Business Division.
