Career Summary

Involved in business planning and fundraising since his university days, working in the office of the president of an IT venture company, and has been consistently responsible for management transformation and business execution. After being involved in marketing and CRM at IBM Business Consulting Services , he served as the head of corporate planning and business operations at an apparel and fashion service company. He also held positions as the head of corporate planning for investees at Innovation Network Corporation of Japan . In 2014, he founded TRAIL from the ground up, providing dedicated on-site management personnel, including representative directors, and management planning support for local SMEs and university-affiliated venture companies with annual net sales under 10 billion yen. TRAIL has achieved a track record of over 200 projects in 10 years since its establishment, supporting the four major transformation phases that companies go through, from new business development, group management, business succession, to business reconstruction. He joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2024 as an alumnus.

Achievements

At IBM Business Consulting Services, he engaged in a project for a foreign-owned car dealer to reorganize the sales processes and CRM marketing (DX) programs of the nationwide dealership network that underpinned client’s sales.

At the apparel and clothing services company, he was engaged in multiple tasks as a front-office department head, simultaneously driving business structural transformation and on-site improvements. For both, he achieved operating profit growth despite declining sales, as well as improving the EBITDA margin.

At the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan, he comprehensively promoted business reform, organizational transformation, and financial restructuring for the turnaround and exit of portfolio companies, contributing to the early realization of stock transfers.

As a project manager at Frontier Management in FY2011, he received the annual Frontier Award , presented to the project that embodies the best achievements and ideals.

He was appointed as Representative Director of FLANDRE Co., Ltd. in September 2018 and served as an Outside Director of the company from June 2024 to January 2025. He was also appointed as Representative Director of TRAIL INC. in August 2014 and currently serves as Director and Chairman (since April 2024).
