Achievements

While at DTC, he was mainly engaged in due diligence and the creation of business plans relating to business revitalization for SMEs. He was mainly involved in business improvement plans and systems reform for medical institutions, public interest corporations, social welfare corporations, and others.

At DTFA, he set up a healthcare team and provided business revitalization and M&A services for businesses in the healthcare sector and education sector, mainly medical institutions and schools, as well as market entry support for businesses hoping to enter these sectors.

He supported the formulation of healthcare REIT guidelines by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and structural changes in funding for the healthcare industry, as well as forming deals for the integration of medical institutions associated with the rebuilding of hospitals and revitalization and M&A deals for core regional hospitals. He coordinated the reestablishment of hospital functions in a regional redevelopment project implemented in partnership with a general developer and the integrated development of a commercial facility and hospital in the redevelopment undertaken by a developer.

At IQVIA, he engaged in the business viability assessment of pipelines and new businesses in DX and other areas, mainly for pharmaceutical companies, forecasting, license provision and receipt, and market entry support for companies hoping to enter new businesses.
