¥366,667 per month • Includes the fixed overtime allowance of ¥96,000 (equivalent to 45 hours of overtime) Salary raise Once a year Performance bonus Once a year • Normal bonus is equal to 3.6 times monthly salary (including the overtime allowance). However, the first bonus is equal to 2.7 times monthly salary, in view of the period of employment to that point. |
