¥366,667 per month
• Includes the fixed overtime allowance of ¥96,000 (equivalent to 45 hours of overtime)
Salary raise Once a year
Performance bonus Once a year
• Normal bonus is equal to 3.6 times monthly salary (including the overtime allowance).
However, the first bonus is equal to 2.7 times monthly salary, in view of the period of employment to that point.
|Days Off||Two days off per week plus paid leave and year-end/New Year holiday (in principle December 29 to January 3)|
|Paid Leave||Annual paid leave, anniversary leave, refreshment leave, illness and injury leave, bereavement leave, congratulation leave (wedding leave, leave for childbirth of spouse, etc.), maternity/paternity leave, nursing-care leave|
Enrollment in various social-insurance plans (health insurance, pension, employment insurance, occupational-accident insurance), congratulation and condolence payments, term insurance from general welfare organizations, selective defined-contribution pension plan;

・Persons hired as new graduates are assigned to departments in view of their own preferences and aptitudes.
・Later, new hires gain the opportunity to work with top-class professionals in a variety of fields, through inter-departmental transfers and collaborations.
