Aldric How started his career with a ‘big four' accounting firm in 2002. He has advised on a range of M&A and capital market transactions while based in Singapore, Hong Kong and Jakarta with a ‘bulge-bracket’ European investment bank, a SoftBank-affiliated securities brokerage, and the corporate finance arms of ‘big four' accounting firms. Aldric was part of a team that was awarded FinanceAsia’s best small-cap equity house in 2003. Aldric joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2015 to focus on cross-border M&A advisory.
Aldric’s investment banking experience includes the execution of regulated corporate finance work such as public takeover offers and initial public offerings. He has also enjoyed working on the provision of independent financial advice and M&A fairness opinions to the boards of blue-chip companies. He has represented Japanese (and other international) companies acquiring or divesting businesses and assets in Asia, as well as represented South-east Asian principals in their M&A transactions with multi-national companies and private equity funds. Aldric has executed transactions across a range of sectors (including natural resources, TMT and real estate) and recently completed M&A transactions has been for interests in the business services, consumer goods and food and beverage sectors.
