At two business companies from 1992, he carried out risk diagnosis, business process reengineering (BPR), sales organization reform, design, construction and operation of contact centers, launch of intrapreneurship and strategic tie-ups. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Co., Ltd. (now PwC Consulting LLC) in 2014 and engaged in the reconstruction of marketing and sales strategies and new business development projects. In 2016 at an internet service provider, which was a fund investment destination, he assumed the position of operating officer and undertook business reform projects, BPR and the establishment of strategic group companies.He joined Frontier Management Inc. in 2017.
At a non-life insurance agent, he engaged in the development and sales of new types of insurance products in collaboration with non-life insurance companies while handling the risk diagnosis of the companies.
At a major outsourcing company, he engaged in the formulation of midterm plans, the launch of intrapreneurship, the development of marketing personnel and strategic tie-ups with consulting companies, while making proposals to clients ranging from the business process reengineering (BPR) of complex and diversified processes to business process outsourcing (BPO).
At PricewaterhouseCoopers Co., Ltd., he engaged in the reconstruction of sales and marketing strategies and new business development projects as the CRM division leader.
At an internet service provider, he engaged in improving operational efficiency and customer experience (CX) after handling BPR and the establishment of a strategic group company.
At Frontier Management Inc., he engaged in quality improvement operations: the requirement definition of a production control system and assistance in improving the failure rate for a multi-joint robot manufacturer (sales: 7 billion yen). He also engaged in the formulation of a business growth strategy for a major mail-order sales agency. While involved in the business turnaround of an IT company, he handled the execution of a business transfer scheme, the evaluation in DD, the formulation of a midterm plan, organization restructuring, financing and management integration.
